Description
Chick-Fil-A West Edmonton Mall is searching for highly motivated individuals to join our team as Evening Team Members! We are specifically hiring team members with evening availability from 6 PM up to 1/2 AM to support our late-night operations.
In our fast-paced and customer-focused environment, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests and introducing the Chick-fil-A brand to Alberta. As a member of our team, your main responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service—welcoming guests, taking their orders, preparing food, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring guests receive the Chick-fil-A experience we are known for.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments
- Prepare and serve food according to Chick-fil-A standards and recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety guidelines
- Provide guests with accurate information about menu items and promotions
- Resolve customer concerns to ensure guest satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Promote and maintain the restaurant's vision, mission, and core values
- Implement all components of our "Winning Hearts Every Day" strategy
- Follow all training standards outlined in the Pathway program
- Ensure our guest service models (First & Second Mile Service, Recovery Model) are upheld
- Demonstrate humility, teamwork, and a strong willingness to learn
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership to support business needs
Requirements:
- Evening availability (must be able to work from 6 PM up to 1/2 AM)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Flexibility to work Monday-Saturdays, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus
- Food safety certification is preferred but not required
- Must be legally permitted to work in Canada

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
